Yea, when I said he missed it he went off on me as you can read below in the comments. I guess is I was a woman he might have been more understanding.???
From Google Reviews Updated: 09/26/2024 Based upon Brett’s reply, The one with the selective hearing is Brett. Cha Ching! So much for my #Warranty on all the work you did. I guess the grease that you added to the ball joint or whatever you did under the car is only temporary fix since the ball joints on my car are not serviceable? I was not going to go into all the details but Brett left me no choice. First of all, Brett lacks humility and professionalism. I brought my 2007 Honda to Brett‘s garage for a diagnostic Because I was experiencing a really messed up front end. After Brett had Replaced the control arms on both sides I continued to experience a pulling to the right, even while in drive, but sitting still as I would touch the break the steering wheel would pull to the right. I told Brett about this on a number of occasions even took a drive with him, but he insisted that it was a $1500 job to fix it. The other mechanic in the shop also took it for a drive and said the steering was goofy. As you will learn below, it ended up being a lack of grease in a ball joint boot. I asked Brett if my car was safe and he said he would drive it to California. I told Brett that I was very concerned on a number of occasions about the safety of the vehicle and I did not feel safe But he insisted that the problem was only going to be fixed for $1500.00. After picking up my car from his auto clinic and taking a 2 Hour drive with my wife returning home, there was a metal on metal loud noise Coming from the front of the vehicle. When I contacted Brett by text, I told him that they must’ve missed something and he told me to bring it by and he would take a look at it. My text: “I tried to send you a video of this loud noise that the right side wheel is making when I turn the steering wheel after getting back from a two hour ride. It's a metal to metal sound. How did you guys miss this?” Brett: “There was no noise at all from the right side of the vehicle while it was here. stop back by and I will check it out for you.” When I showed up. He was furious and angry he told me to give him my keys and he would put it on the lift and take a look at. While the noise was still there metal on metal and upon a deeper inspection, they found that there was a need for grease in the ball joint boot. I watched as they move the wheel back-and-forth, and the sound went away as they added the grease. I tried to cool Brett down tried to talk nicely to him told him I would like to continue to give him my business. I didn’t want to go to another shop and he told me that he was busy after shaking my hand. He told me to take my business somewhere else find another shop. Brett appears to be a nice person, but there’s a nasty side to him if you rub them the wrong way. Upon His advice, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I tried to talk to him before I left and he said I’m busy right now. I guess he forgot about all the money I spent there. Beware of machanics that feel challanged when you question their 40 years of expertise and continue to tell you over and over they are a “master machanic” and brag about awards “best business in town. Nevermind all the bragging, JUST SHOW ME. After all, I am paying you. After a costly process of elimination and trial and error and new spark plugs and replacing the valve cover gasket my 2007 Honda is running more smoothly. After replacing both the control arms and adding grease to the ball joint boot the pulling on the steering wheel when stepping on the brake has stopped and the horrible metal on metal grinding has altogether ceased. I’m so glad it wasn’t something more expensive like ball joints, or a whole steering rack assembly. If you’re looking for an proud arrogant mechanic, or as he calls himself a auto doctor. Look no further. I don’t know how a master mechanic of 40 years could tell me that I needed something that was going to cost 1500.00 when all it needed was some grease added to the ball joint boot. Thank you Brett. Response from the owner 3 hours ago Thank you! There is always two sides of a story and there is a little over exaggerating to say the least with this review. It was explained multiple times to Joseph on our findings with his vehicle, however this customer haves selective hearing. For anyone that would like to see the supporting signed documentation from the customer regarding the repair orders, we will be more than happy to provide this information on request. To protect the customers privacy, the customers phone number and address will not be shown. We strive to provide the highest level of service to each and everyone of our customers. However, unfortunately there is times in any business, “thankfully not that often” that this quote does apply! “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”. In addition if you look at the other reviews that Joseph leaves everyone else you will clearly see a review from another shop regarding the control arms. We wish you the best Joseph.
American idol had NOTTHINGGG to do with texting😂😂 I mean it does but it did not at all make any difference... If there wouldnt have been American ido... we would still have sms today😂
I just saw your comment from a month ago and I thought who knows maybe Sticky Boy is right. This clip was just a recant of how I remembered the history while being in the cell phone industry. So I did a quick Chat GTP to see if it would prove I was crazy and deserved the many laughing faces that I am sure still has you rolling till this day. Here is what Chat Gtp says. Maybe you can fact check better sources for us...American Idol played a significant role in the rise of text messaging in the early 2000s, especially in the United States, by introducing the concept of audience voting via text. When American Idol debuted in 2002, it encouraged viewers to vote for their favorite contestants by sending text messages, making it one of the first major instances of interactive TV in the U.S. that relied heavily on texting. Here's how it contributed to the rise of text messaging: Mainstreaming Text Messaging: Text messaging was still relatively new and not as widely adopted in the U.S. before American Idol popularized it. The show’s voting system encouraged millions of viewers to use SMS (short message service) to participate, bringing texting into everyday life, especially for those who hadn’t used it before. Partnership with Service Providers: In 2003, American Idol partnered with AT&T Wireless (now AT&T), which heavily promoted texting as part of the voting process. AT&T encouraged users to vote through texts, offering a way to engage viewers while simultaneously driving the adoption of texting as a communication tool. Increased Usage of SMS: The show generated tens of millions of text message votes during its seasons, contributing to a broader cultural shift. This success demonstrated the power of SMS in reaching large audiences and became a template for other TV shows and events that followed. Cultural Shift: By showing how simple it was to vote through texts, American Idol made SMS an integral part of pop culture, influencing people to use texting not just for voting but as a regular communication tool. It was one of the first mass media experiences where texting directly impacted the outcome of something, making it feel interactive and immediate. The success of text-based voting on American Idol played a key part in driving the widespread adoption of SMS as a daily communication method in the U.S.
The amount of people who will hold this level of being forward against you... honestly, I agree with them. You're giving desperate.
Too many people live a life of mediocrity because they are afraid of what people will think of them. Most of the people that will hold it against you reside in your head. People like John are invited to be on podcasts because they have created a following of people. And not one of those people would ever describe what he is doing as desperate.

Great episode! Excellent job, Boss Mike and Cara!
Great insight, Katie!! ❤❤
Who cares, bro? Even your bros will get fed up the second time you bring up the same issue. Just learn to deal and get on with it. The second you complain, you become dirt in the world’s eyes. Handle your business in silence. Stay hard.
This is a video about you liking the sound of your own voice, right? It has no value otherwise.
Actually I do really like the sound of my voice. That is saying so much for the transformation I have made from the kid that was afraid to talk and hated my voice. Lisp and all 😂 All that said about 70% of the content I post is other people that are making a difference in the world. That I have had the extreme fortune to interview. An observation you may want to look into though. Often when we lash out in negativity we are actually lashing out at the vulnerabilities that we have in ourselves. That is easy to see when checking out your content where you essentially rant in a room for the pure love of hearing your voice. I was kind of blown away, yet somehow not surprised😬
@@Jason.Tracey I can tell. Sounds like overcompensating now you give me a background. I bet most people can because of the ratio of words to information is quite high. Like a lot of RUclips filler. aww, you did some research. I’m flattered. 🫶🏻 If you notice, I’m mostly talking about the political issues in my country.. or consumer issues.. real world issues involving real world people, not this droning escapist claptrap. My last channel was very different, but why offer it to strangers so happy with themselves. I’m autistic, have multiple physical pain conditions, and my face generally looks way angrier than I actually am, so maybe you judged a book by its cover. I guess my comment triggered such a response, because I judged your book by your words. I love that you tried to clinically analyse me from how many thousand miles away though, apart from being quite rude, I have nothing to hide.. you only have to ask, rather than make another ass of yourself with backseat psychology and blind assumption. Hopefully you’ll stop yourself in future, if you really are as altruistic as you’re trying to appear. I just do my truth, anything else is a waste. You do you. Unless you’d like me to return the analysis, but it would feel somewhat crass. Clearly not a value you possess. Maybe you can talk to yourself about that next. 🤷🏼♂️ Appreciate your time though.. I guess..? 😉
Aooooo!
Will you help me with my business idea? This could take on Mcdonald's if done right
No… it’s not nice at all. But at least I don’t have to work for another fool that pays as little as possible and keeps all the money for himself.
Good dad!
I live on the edge sometimes. Like right now im microwaving a hot pocket without the crisper sleeve.😮😮😮
Eating a hot pocket is living dangerously whether you put the sleeve on or not
Scott is the man! Super trustworthy!!
It all stems down to communication and honesty!

Another 👍 👌 interview! So glad TAKE 2 worked out well! 🎉
Outside of the unexpected authhentic emotion in take 1 that can't just be duplicated, take 2 was even better than 1
Spoken like a difference maker!
Great interview! Love her and I need to meet her! ❤
I will make the connection for you
@@Jason.Tracey Awesome! Thank you!
If youre a business owner, the employees come first. Take care of them and theyll take care of the customers.
Such an easy concept that gets clouded by greed. Luckily there are Differences Makers like you and Kevin that get it!
Most of America has forgotten how to do that
