We are using only using one filter i.e. user should be active . The user is active in successfactor but still user not created in IAS. Please share your insights in this case. However few points on this i.e. i see at many aspects there were errors coming in while doing simple handson , so this kind of errors especially during initial training shall put upon an ambiguity to audience. Appreciate if these scenarios are pre checked before presenting for a training session. It's a suggestion on betterment of sessions.
