Give a HIIT routine a try, you won't regret it! #getfit #titanfitness #workingout
Friends adding a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Workout to your Exercise Routine can be fun and very beneficial. I'm now 62 and working out has been very beneficial for my overall fitness and outlook on life in general. Over the years I've tried many different types of workouts from yoga to biking to running to swimming to rucking to lifting weights, I've done it all. However, after a while the routine becomes too routine, so about 3 years ago my cousin introduced me to HIIT Routines and some CrossFit Exercises. I must say, I truly enjoyed these routines, they're not that hard on my body and I'm able to do them 3-4 times a week. In the beginning, I started with 30 seconds on and ...

Wicked Ridge Crossbows are super high quality and most run between $400-700 dollars, which is a great buy in today's mar...

SOD - The Shoot on Demand Drill

Friends, this a fun drill...you can do it by yourself or with a partner. Do it with the ammunition you intend to use to defend yourself and your loved ones with. For me it's Federal 147gr. Hydro-Shock 9mm Bullets, they feed great in my 1911 Colt CCU and deliver plenty of energy on target. It's easy to set-up at 10 yards using a standard IDPA Target.
