Fully dyno tuned and headers, intake, throttle body spacer, and custom straight pipe

Been driving it for 2k miles no error so far

No drilling at all….i been going pretty fast I’ve travel like 300 miles and they hold super good , it’s a great product super easy to install

@@dbklperformance11thgentyper The reason I asked was that the instruction manual said to drill through the rear bumper and I was like hell no lol.

@@andylam4350 lol idk if he updated the info but there’s no drilling whatsoever it’s just the screws and 3mm tape and let’s go easy process lol

@@dbklperformance11thgentyper I installed them and it has been 1 week. I noticed the front collect a lot of little rocks cause its trapped between the mud guards. I also noticed both side of my doors have small rock chips and this is after I started using these. It's so frustrating cause now I gotta do touch up paint. I'm starting to wonder maybe it's best not to use any mud guards at all? or Can we even block the front fender vent like the FK8?

@@dbklperformance11thgentyper Ok, i bought mine as a family road trip hauler and it does the task very well. Most fun car in that price range IMO that I don’t feel guilty driving in a snow storm. I have a Porsche GT3, in manual, now that car is truly insane!

Sounds good wen u drive it but imagine if ur smart would u spend 3k on a whole exhaust complete or would u spend 200 dollars to sounds similar to an aftermarket lol sometimes u gotta do smart moves

@@dbklperformance11thgentyperor it’s just smarter to save up for something that people use tech and brains to develop because of cheap work like this isn’t gonna sound or function as good. Money can be tight I completely understand that but even me who owns an fl5 would rather save up for an exhaust than to start cutting into my oem one to save money. Also it’s a type r, not a base model civic so it should be treated a lot better

@@GelDoesDrive yeah it is a type r but imagine what if I take care of it way too much and I don’t enjoy it the way I want too and later I decide to sell it …the pain that I will go through knowing I never got to do what I wanted just cause it’s a TYPE R……..u only live once so just enjoy it as much as u can

I’d say leave the mufflers and just remove the resonators. Removing mufflers leaves 3 exit paths..no point, not even sure of the outer two would be doing anything . Might as well go single exit.

Cause it’s were it traps the explosions so without it sounds deeper and less drone

Honestly it’s not even drone it’s more like a nice tone to the exhaust but at full throttle sounds so good
