First of all, lot of thanks of your help... I tried to reset my fitbit versa on your steps but in vain. Fitbit watch still download the data ifself which I had done just a half before the first updade setting (it means not fully completed then be stopped.) I thought it might be my mistakes (when Try again in my phone..) Oh..I chose the Bluetooth resetting then the troubles occurred, the fitbit disconnected the Bluetooth or wifi again and seemed both be locked The little bit of data still occupied in the fitbit versa watch let me do nothing... I try to hard factory reset but in vain too... so how to clear the remaining data then let the device refresh...

My Fitbit versa came to a big big problem during setting up be blocked though according to the instructions step by step. At first it seemed normally to download the update data with the green line processing a half then suddenly stopped. (wifi processing ) It may be my fault change to the Bluetooth connection then device couldn't find the Bluetooth again. I have tried to connect Bluetooth again and again but in vain. I think parts of data be loaded so lock the Bluetooth... How can I fix it......
