Oh wow ! Good to know. Yes the beach at Colonial is definitely more private because it isn’t located on Junkanoo beach. Margaritaville has a section of the beach closed off just for their guests but you still see the crowds from the Public beach because it’s right next to the section. At colonial the property and pool was was beautiful and clean (newly renovated), there was at most 7 other people in the water with us at one time. Colonial is more private, relaxed , luxury , family friendly and margaritaville gives more of the water park packed vibes. U can’t go wrong with either but if I had to choose a winner it would be Colonial !

Oh no !!! I’m sorry to hear that 😫 We’ve only stayed there at most 2 nights ,so didn’t get to experience the room service or restaurant. It’s always our go to budget friendly hotel 🏨 If we are wanting to do Disney Springs !

NCL offers it as a more expensive package. There's a beach package($89), and a beach and snorkel package($109).

I don’t believe so , but we didn’t venture outside of our beach area so I’m not completely sure. On google maps it looks like there are nearby restaurants along the beach but that would be at your own risk ⚠️ 😅

I got it on the 1st day as soon as the popcorn area by the theatre opened at 5pm !

@@Cookiechar the line started forming behind me once people caught on that it was open. If you go right when it opens you should be fine !

I believe the Minnie sipper was $26 ! I know it’s definitely a plus to be able to get the sippers and popcorn buckets with no line 😆 I did not see anyone with candy bags and we missed the Halloween show 😫😫 But I’ll find out for you and ask in my cruise chat !

Our cruise was 3 nights and Mickeys costume was a vampire/dracula type suit, Pluto-Candy corn , Daisy-Bat/vampire dress and Chip & Dale we didn’t get a chance to take pics with but one was in a candy bucket type costume (it looked super cute). Since we cruised with our 2 year old son Trivia wasn’t on our to do list BUT on Facebook there is always a Disney cruise group for your specific sailing date and I’m sure someone in that group will have a list of all of the trivia themes 👍

No problem !! We didn’t utilize the nursery just because it was a personal preference. I would’ve felt better if he was a little older , potty trained and could communicate more. But other than that the nursery area looked amazing !

@@kristievle how exciting !!! I bring a travel stroller to maneuver & collapse around easily. There was no issue with the elevators being small or crowded if you have a full size one tho. I would say that is more for the islands. Swim diapers came in handy for their toddler splash area. We spent most of our time in Surfside with our 2 year old which I didn’t mind at all. He loved the aqua show and the kids ice skating show. I found that going with the flow and not having expectations of completing a packed cruise itinerary was the best because between nap times & other toddler things it’s just easiest that way! There’s so much to do and enjoy , you guys will have a blast !!
