You know I am not sure about the exact rate but no we are not taxed on most foods. as far as cvs it must be around 4-5% because if I get my total that low I am only paying like $2 in taxes. That is the one thing I love about Texas is the tax rate 😂

@@bigdeal4days100 yeah, it makes s huge difference in your budget, which I didn't really pay attention to until a few years ago when I kept track of my spending. There were weeks I was spending almost $30 in taxes alone, but that was back when I bought anything and everything when it was "free".

They are but for ppl that want to save on groceries they are not good for that many grocery stores offer promotions and coupons on food

While that’s true, coupons for healthy and natural food are given out less often and still come out more expansive. If you only have 50 dollars to feed yourself for a couple weeks or a month, this is the type of stuff you’d have to get

America is known for obesity this is a lot of what ppl buy might not be the healthiest but statistics don’t lie I am here to show you how to save on food rather it’s healthy or not

@@AmyStotts I didn't at first either until I started to notice the only place I had trouble was self check. I always throw something else in there to cover. so something you really want that you don't have a coupon for or stuff on rebate apps that you can get money back from.

I am a couponer I sometimes can be in a store a hour or more plus I make couponing videos while in store

@@bigdeal4days100 every Walmart has different opportunities to find great deals. Clearances can be the department managers discretion.

@@robertcortright most of the time but not always if they are discounting and item home office sends a notice to mark it down until it’s sold out now the price that is up to the store mangers
