Hi, “dinu hos” is more formal. But if you are confused , which to use in sentence , then you can use both .

From a practical perspective, it's easier and more practical and useful for foreigners to learn Hindi/Urdu first. Hindi and Urdu are a lot easier grammatically speaking and are significantly more useful then Nepali ( Hindi/Urdu is used or at least somewhat understood in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, the UAE, Qatar, Fiji and places around the world with South Asian population - Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, South Africa, the UK, Canada, Australia, the US). With a solid foundation, it is easier to learn Nepali. Learning Nepali can be difficult and not easy to find a lot of speakers to practice with (even many/most nepalese people can speak and understand Hindi). It makes more sense for foreigners to learn standard Mandarin Chinese and then learn a related dialect or language related to standard Chinese (e.g. Cantonese, shanghainese or Hokkien)

malai xxxxx dinusna (give me xxxx) is useful. Can i say 'malai xxxx chahiyo' for 'I want xxx'' for all items (like Hindi 'mujhe xxx chahiye)? Like malai dudh cahiyo..malai pani chahiyo..malai indian khana chahiyo..malai doctor chahiyo..malai doctor chahiyo? Or I have to make changes to 'chahiyo' based on the noun's gender?
Hi, you can ask saying malai "chaiyo" . you dont need to change based on gender while asking things. Malai dinusna is more formal but you can use both "chaiyo" or "dinusna ". Both can be used.

In spoken colloquial conversation, can we omit things like 'hunuhuncha', 'cha' and 'chan'? Like in Hindi, people can say 'aapka naam?' and 'aapke pass dudh?'' instead of the complete full version 'aapka naam kya hai?' and 'aapke pas dudh hai‘?...How to say 'you from Nepal'? Can I simply say 'tapai nepal bata'? I know it's not perfect grammatically..but can people understand it?
Hi, Thankyou for the question. Actually yes as hindi , Nepali can also be spoken informally after all it is to make people understand what we want to ask. saying "tapaiko naam"? or "tapaiko thegana" is fine to use .
