In the 70s i could have 4 pints of draught guiness and get tested and pass the breath test. Over the next few years sensible drivers adjusted their intake as the limits were reduced. Many however did not. Now its down to about half a pint. Hardly worth bothering to enter a pub unless you get a cab or walk/ stagger home.
