I truly believe that chronic coffee intake has depleted my body of minerals and may be the cause of my high BP. I stopped drinking coffee, and now take celtic salt and hibiscus tea and am able to lower my BP naturally. I agree that coffee is very unhealthy long term

Bro yes there are a lot of things out there that are very toxic for their bodies, but meet isn't one of them as when I increase my meat consumption and decrease everything else, my energy levels increase, my mental Clarity has improved, I've been a lot more at defend the gym, I've been getting more quality sleep at night, and I've been in a better mood, not to mention my blood work results have been off the charts Superior and I've been optimized health-wise. Although your daily diet has nothing to do with your spiritual journey, we do have to be mindful on what we put in our bodies. What we put in our bodies is what we're going to get out of it. I agree with you 1 million percent however that coffee is bad for us as it is filled with all kinds of anti-nutrients and plant defense chemicals along with vegetables, grains, and nuts for they block nutrient absorption and causes our nutrients to be depleted. I've adopted the animal based diet which comprised of meat, eggs, fresh fruit along with smoothies, raw unfiltered honey, pure Maple syrup, monk fruit sweetener, purified or alkaline water, and 0 calorie no harmful chemicals, and I read all of my ingredients and stick more towards the whole food side. I'm anemic. I started to realize how drained I felt on the days I had a cup of coffee. So I quit coffee 4 months ago. Been drinking it every since I was 8 or 9 years old. First couple months I missed it. But now the desire is gone. Coffee free baby.

I stopped drinking coffee in 1991 and I just started drinking it about two weeks ago and I been sick since

1-2 cups a day of coffee after meals with constant hydration throughout the day (water) should be fine and not cause problems. Also drink water or hydrate from fruits before a cup of water.
