I visited DACHAU in 1975. The stench of death was still prevelant on the air. A Sombering and humbling experience. Never Forget...

More than 30.000 innocent civilians lost their lives in less than 5 months in a bigger camp ! And the number keeps escalating , and the atrocities are done by the grandchildren of what's called holocaust survivors ! But this time the world is blind , so I can understand that the Nazi's never was the problem , it's who's dying and who is killing that differs between the two scenarios ! Stand up Gaza , Palestine will be free sooner or later ! That's the fate of the right that ppl never learned from history !!

I visited Auschwitz, the biggest concentration camp and I feel a strange feeling in that place where more than a million people die by the hands of the nazis.Is a chilling experiency.

All destroyed in the 40s then rebuilt to look worse than it really was.

My grandfather was there, following the transfer from the Shauliai ghetto, and survived. He was 50 years old in 1945. I had him for 42 years. I was told many stories about his life. He had told me about the ruthlessness of the Germans and the kindness of the Americans. Never mentioned that he had witnessed the lynching of the guards. However, he was very measured about his storytelling. He died aged 97 in the USA.

I visited it just because my teen son wanted to otherwise I would have not. Horrible facts.

I was in Munich with some like minded reds for the 65th anniversary memorial service of the air crash and decided to visit Dachau. Wish I hadn’t as couldn’t complete the tour as too much death around but both were very moving occasions to say the least.
