Both sounds great it all depends to a person.. sennheiser, akg, sony, beyer dynamics, etc.. all are great brands & produce great headphones. God bless them all..

Bass quality is not very important to me, I care more about treble, mids and more importantly frequency response. I live in a noisy area so I have to choose closed or semi-open products. Can you help me out to figure out which is best choice?

You can say what You wany, but to my ears 560S are the closest to the original pink noise, while HD600 are a shrilling harsh rumble in comparison !🥴!

Ciao, innanzitutto grazie per l ottima disamina, nel caso di cuffie molto "energivore" come le planari hifiMan he6se, che ne pensi del fatto che alcuni usano un ampli per casse per pilotarle? Ho le suddette cuffie e le uso con dac d10b e ampli A30 pro, entrambi topping. Il volume è sufficiente ma alcuni dicono che hanno bisogno di più corrente e, in alternativa ad un ampli cuffie magari molto costoso, consigliano di ripiegare su un ampli per casse con adattatore xlr. Un esempio è l smsl ao200 che mi è stato consigliato da un utente su audiosciencerview

Ciao, secondo te un amp cuffie in classe A che riporta solo 200mW/ 300ohm e 400mW/ 60ohm con impedenza di uscita di 5ohm riesce a pilotare bene le mie hifiman arya organic ? ( 16ohm e 94Db)

Una cuffia non è un carico difficile perciò progettare un buon ampli per cuffia è piuttosto facile e non troppo costoso. Il problema è che il 90% non conoscono la differenza tra cuffie ad alta impedenza e cuffie a bassa impedenza. Le cuffiette a bassa impedenza sono generalmente a 32 hom e sono utilizzate per il cellulare o per apparati alimentati sotto 10 volt tipicamente i 5 volt dei cellulari. Le cuffie ad alta impedenza sono per ascolti professionali o per ascolti ad alta qualità HiFi. Se acquistate una cuffia molto costosa di solito è ad alta impedenza (tranne rarissimi casi) e perciò non potete usarla direttamente col cellulare o con il lettore mp3 portatile ma avete necessariamente bisogno di un amplificatore per cuffia di qualità che dovrebbe avere un costo pari alle cuffie o comunque non eccessivamente basso nel senso che se avete i soldi per una cuffia da 200 euro almeno un centinaio di euro per amplificarla .... Altrimenti perché comprare una cuffia così costosa? Ricapitolando, prendete un tester e misurate la resistenza della cuffia, se misurate piu di 60-70 hom non è adatta per cellulare e pc ma vi serve un ampli apposito.

Davvero un bel ampli. A fine video hai citato SPL. Io stato guardando il Marc One che fa anche da DAC e da controller per le casse. Ho visto però che non ha l'uscita a 4 poli e l'impedenza di uscita è addirittura di 20 ohm. Anche il phonitor che costa 3.000 euro non è potente come L70... mi sono perso io qualcosa? Ho guardato SPL perchè mi interessava sia il crossfeed che avere un'unità unica per avere sistema un pò più portatile... mi sfugge qualcosa o questo ampli è molto più potente? Quando parli di qualità degli ultimi SPL a cosa ti riferisci in particolare? Un caro saluto, Leopoldo Manini

Cosa ne pensi del topping a 70 pro?

i'm using Lake People g103s with my dt880 600ohm and the Amp is doing great job powering it.

I can highly recommend the SMSL RAW-MDA 1, dac/amp. I use it to feed my Genelec 1030A,s, and a long row of headphones. Very transperant and easy to use. Thank you kindly for yor work SC,, 💖🙏💖

hehe its my HP amp! its very good pure power quality. It can drive my T1 with normal mode (low gain) with volume at -30db. and that rly loud. Balance connection. i never use High Gain and more powerful 5Vrms input. Only one time try it. and that was crazy loud!!!

I would have thought the imaging and soundstage would have been even higher considering some of the other reviews I've seen and being that they are OpenBack...especially the soundstage score, but not bad scores at all. Regardless, I'm going to try them myself to see how they sound with specific games as my intention isn't to use them for music, but rather for gaming. At least this video gave me an idea of the default sound profile which for gaming sounded perfect. I wish this channel would have a sound portion specifically for gaming and also cover more wireless gaming headsets.

I would prefer getting the HD58X or the HD600, or even the HD650/6XX over these any day.
