Funny how I was hesitant to warm up to much of this album only to have my fav and least fav songs flip flop from my least favorite. Fear Innoculum as an opener is outstanding and I love Culling Voices live. Don't get the hate for that song. And obviously Descending, Pneuma, and Invincible are great live. Tool is a band I have no problem w playing their current release in it's entirety while touring

Emily does such a beautiful job, her voice is both captivating and hauntingly beautiful, and she honors Chester with the richness and feeling she brings to the band 🫶

Linkin Park's influence is gone. Their greatest glory was and will always be with Chester. When Chester left, many of us realized what a significant impact he had on the entire band. Although Mike wrote many songs, only Chester could feel them and sing them in such a way that everyone believed it. When Emily sings those old songs, everyone feels sorry for her, but it's very, very bad, try as she might, she can't be trusted. When she screams, it's comical at times, she sings like an apologetically angry teenage lesbian. He sings into the void. He can sing his new own songs well. Anyway, it was the old "Chesters" even though Mike wrote them. He wrote them for Chester. And you can hear it and feel it. But you go to make sure that Emily is getting better.

Original *LP* drummer Rob Bourdon declined to rejoin the band in 2019, wished to distance himself from them, and was replaced by Colin Brittain. Original lead guitalrist Brad Delson revealed that he will not be joining the band on the upcoming 2024-25 *LP* tour, preferring to work on behind the scenes aspects of the band. Alex Feder will tour in his place, but Delson remains an official member of the band.
