Bought 12 haircuts in advance for $605 a over a year ago. I don't get cuts as often as most, but I was never told that they expire. Every time I called to make an appointment I confirmed how many cuts I had left and that I was free to use them as needed. I was always assured that was the case. Today I showed up for my haircut and was told that they had expired and I would have to re-pay. A haircut is a simple transaction that doesn't require a contract or an expiration date. I enjoyed going to this place for the past year but I'm happy to part ways given that they did not earn $450 of the dollars that they took from me. The individual at the counter offered no solutions and took a victim stance that they "just work there" and they "don't make the decisions". Nobody is every accountable anymore. Good place to go for a haircut and enjoy a few nice (but unnecessary benefits) however, they complicate what should be a simple business model in order to make a profit at your expense.
