Reply dear publishers! You don't know how it feels. At least give an automated rejection letter.
This is a recorded video, not live. What is your comment/query?
@@puneinternationalliteraryf9333 I know it's not live! I was just expressing my frustration. It wasn’t a query--more like a request. Request to the void.
PILF is one of the best Lit Fest in the world!
It is good workshop, but there is nothing about romantic thrillers in this video.
Regarding the kind of fellowship and scholarship programs / sessions of SGS. I had attended my first Session in SGS in Oct.1995, which was based on developing the dialogue for the Sustaining Democracies. At that time the World, especially Europe, was undergoing major political changes...like the breakup of the Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia (which got divided into Czech Republic and Slovakian, in1993 ) and also the heavy tension in Yugoslavia (which soon resulted in the formation of the Union of Serbia and Montenegro..). Considering the need of the hour, the Salzburg Global Seminar, took the initiative of bringing Fellows / participants together from the older Democracies (US, India, UK,..) and from the newly formed States (esp. Eastern Europe, Africa and South America) to share their experiences, and had organised this Session. The selection of grass-root practitioners and activists from NGOs, Media, ex Diplomats,... made the Session, its dialogue, not just vibrant, but also very fruitful. I think, the organisers and policy makers of the SGS should consider this example while framing the Programs and selecting the Fellow / participants.

The seating arrangement is awkward. None of them were comfortable sitting that way.

these idiots only advantage to other who is great in nuance observation of Indian text( text are in sanskrit and poetry, and both are very complex to translate to english) is that they have good knowledge of english.
these are writers? have they really studied the text or they studied something else like english translation which often fucked up things more their so called literary creativity...for example ppl read palace of illusion and think that this is mahabharat and by no means thats the mahabharat. These writers are just fucking with our text writing for 2 mint noodle generation who have no time to read 80000 verses mahabharat for similar work of our literature.....I am very sure that lady talking about draupadi have not read mahabharat.
