Yeh the down hill rule but undercutting from a snowboarders blindside is asking for trouble.

Snowboarder with no speed at all before the turn, made a turn without looking right before the collision. There for the snowboarder is wrong as he/she should let the skiër Who had fast speed and Who was already out of the turn of the schwung,go first

To me, the skier, if all the skiers will cut across the slope, it will be very messy. I am a skier myself.

For me, i will say the skyer. The snowboarder is still on the slope and the skyer didn't look at left because the skyer cross the slope. If he was a good skier, its very easy to stop before the snowboarder.

You can comment on the skier's behavior all you like but he doesn't do anything against any rule. So it's 100% boarder's fault, he could and should have seen the skier below and to the right of him. He should not have made his final turn and instead should have continued on his track, going behind the skier.

I am not a snowboarder but I saw in one of the videos that swinging your back foot might be worng. I think your legs must be aligned with each other. But you can ignor me as I said I am not a snowboarder. I am going to start so I have watched couple of videos. Just wanted to share this with you.

100% without question the snowboarders fault. Yes, the skier made an unexpected move, and yes the snowboarder was turning so that he had difficulty seeing her, but people in front of you have the right of way and it is your responsibility to avoid them. He should have seen her several turns before that and have taken action to avoid the situation.

Skier went directly into the line of the snowboarder crossing the entire slope. Very unexpected move.

Both at fault. Skier at the point of impact was the downhill skier so technically they had the right of way and technically you are allowed to use the whole run to make your way down the slope. BUT the snowboard was descending with caution and in control and the skier was coming from his heal side. So the snowboarder couldn’t see the skier but the skier could see the snowboarder….therefore they were both at fault and the two mistakes by both parties led to the accident.

the female skier. Certainly has no clue what she's doing, as no awareness, and little control. If she deserved the GS poles, because she's a trained racer, then she wouldn't have been in that situation. However, Snowboarder as well (but less so), as had no visibility apart from down and left....never once looked across the slope, but even if they had....very little difference to the outcome.

Skier I’d say. Boarder is goofy so never saw her. Pretty even for height but skier going faster, doesn’t give boarder room and cuts across his path. Both look beginners, skier more so. Does look end of day and last run down. Probably pooped. Boarder looks like he’s ready for a day off 😂
