Your right side is swollen because your liver is on the RT side, its your liver that is draining Ascities into your abdomin, you need to get it drained and have a Paracentesis done. I will pray for you and hope you get better, they can try to pu a shunt in and that would keep the fluid down.

Have the Dr. said anything about Acities or Ovarian fluid

I have the same thing. I looked 8 months pregnant. And it spread all the way down my legs so I couldn't bend my knees. I also now have permanent nerve damage on my toes and feet. Mine is caused by liver disease and my liver is failing. I got it drained and what a difference. I know it will come back but they say could be a week or 3 months. Hope you feel better.
