Overhaul it's beautiful, but I can see many little discrepancies throughout the door frames, on the floor tiles, spots on some wall: paint don't fully cover well, holes on bathroom walls don't properly cover, the outside front door tiles not professionally and properly well placed. Instead of the green stuffs outside, it should be green grass etc. Like someone already said bellow, it could have been built with more rooms. I would not mind offer $90.000 for it and add a swimming pool. I can see you only responded to great comments, but in business as well as politic, criticism is also good to do better.
