Manifest = i see it with my mind. I love how you started with the definition. I think a lot of people heard of manifesting but they really don't know what it means or how do we begin to do that. I see myself in a loving healthy relationship, I see myself in that dream job, I see myself traveling to new places. Its not just saying but actually visualizing it in my mind.

I’ve started to think of all the things we were taught growing up like “don’t day dream” etc. which actually may have conditioned us to all learn the same and “focus” on external things to just get a grade, job, “paying attention” to what others want us to and continuously ignoring what we desire or our visions of ourselves.
