The SEIU Healthcare 1199NW Multi-Employer Training and Education Fund is a non-profit, labor/management partnership between nine major healthcare employers and the largest healthcare union in Washington State. The Training Fund was created to develop a statewide program to address the workforce needs of participating employers and support and career aspirations of its members.
Our membership is helping Washington State meet its goal for a highly diverse and educated healthcare workforce across all aspects of the industry.
