Putting an inner tube on a riding lawn mower tire. The thing I couldn't remember what it was called is a c-clip or retaining clip. Credit to www.bensound.com for the background music.
87 Jeep YJ Roll Bar Swap
Просмотров 9 тыс.5 лет назад
Swapping a "sport" style roll bar for a "family" style roll bar from a '92-'95 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Almost a bolt in upgrade. The bolts for the lower and back are T45 torx bolts and HEAT is a must to get them out. Replaced the torx bolts for the lower and back with 3/8-16 x 1" grade 8 bolts with washers. Can't thank you enough for this video! Was all the way in and couldn't figure out how to get down to the three screws and seal. Wooo! You saved the day.
@chipolamatt super helpful...wow. Not much info on these types of helms. Wish that link you posted still worked!
Pro standard tilt helm hh6189
Great video, helps me to understand what is happy with mine, thank you
does vice versa also work? (sport bar on a TJ)
UMMMM is not a word!
That's a safety star bit
It looks better without the roll bar
the early roll bar looks better
So if I get the family bar, do I still need to install the soft top frame?
Yes unless you get the frameless top
What years of seatbelts work?I have a 90 YJ but my family cage came off of a 94
Nice work, I'd buy that old one off you if you were in NorCal! Can't seem to find them anywhere
Nice job, I did the same on a 89’. Time and money well spent.
