Please help me 😥 I got the newer display and i do not know WHY they call this with the same name !!!! But i want to search for a mount video of the remote of this TCD/w But what model are we looking at here ?? This is the TCD ? The titel of this video showing TCD/w Than where is this other model in this video ??
question, is Brain system shock suitable for trail ride? eg. jump, drop, gap trail.
Mine is doing nothing. The TC D display is al squiggly. I'm done with this. I can look at the top tube and know how much juice I have left before recharging. Enough!
i was thinking about trading my 2017 giant anthem for a specialized epic, but after 7 years of worry free mountainbiking, i think i'll keep it for a few more years.
Bought a 2018 epic sworks and have had nothing but issues with the brain. it has failed every 600-800km. now it will be going out for the third time. S says you need to send it in for maintenance every year. however have not had a change to do that as it has failed every year since i bought it.
Why aren't the devices marked as either SpeedZone 2 or tcd? We don't always keep the box so don't know which unit we have. SpeedZone 2 is very finicky, so frustrating that a very quick hold of the left button reset all data, when I'm really just trying to go into the menus. I see others are looking for videos on it as well
If you have sandy trails and get a T9 compound front tire, get ready to eat some sand. Just mounted a T9 hillbilly and it sends sand and small gravel up constantly. It’s like an inverted waterfall of debris. Grip is great tho.
The paper instructions are garbage. This video isn't any better. My screen doesn't look like that when the battery goes in. All it shows is a flashing 12.
How tall are you and what size is the bike
I've got well over 5,000 miles on my 2017 Specialized Sequoia that came with 700x42 Sawtooth tires, I live in Michigan, 1/3 of all our roads are gravel, I ride all year, mostly on gravel, but in winter snow packed gravel roads,, when the weather warms up I ride mountain bikes on trails, I ride some Fat bike in winter, but I mostly ride the gravel bike in winter, the Sawtooth tires grip so weill on the snow packed gravel roads (not ice) that I think they are made from Octopi,, When I first got the Sequoia in 2017 I knew the Sawtooths hooked up well on snow pack from pratice riding, but then I was racing a gravel race in mid March going up the first big hill on snow packed gravel with riders all around me, one rider fell infront of me, I thought I was going down for sure, I cut hard left, hoping to save it, then right, the Sawtooth tires saved me, I knew I had a special winter tire then, on the next hill everyone was hugging the gravel on the edge of the road in a long line, I passed them going up on the snow packed road, I hope Specialized never stops making this great all around tire.. 100% snow packed gravel tire !!! great all around tire !!! I avoid pavement, but the Sawtooth does great there too. ;) !!!
I love these Sawtooths too ! Fantastic tires , I've liked all the specialized tires I've tried and would like to try the triggers one day too
I have a hillbilly T9 on the front for wet and muddy winter trails in the UK . What would you recommend to pair it with in the rear? Currently put my butcher T9 from the front onto the back.
Your video says the update function was not working a year ago when the video was filmed. I just bought a TCD and am still not able to update it. Seems like I should be able to do that by now, right?
guys..memorize your lines..so you can be more conveincing!
I just want a Hillbilly T9 in 29 x 2.60 size. Preferably in Grid Trail casing, but Gravity will work too. Come on Specialized, this is an obviously missing link in your tire lineup! :)
Will it work with a post that has 7x10mm seat clamp?
Is there any plan to make Power Arc with Mirror saddle?
Thank you!!!
Can the specialized allez sprint alloy rail saddle clamp fit this saddles?
Why do tire manufacturers including Specialized make it so complicated? Your website does not help either. How much browsing do you expect consumers to do to figure it out?
What kind of shoe clip do you have on your bike? Is that a mountain bike styles or clipless? Thanks for vid
Nice, but super expensive unfortunately..
Normally I'd downvote anything Spesh but you got so slideways at 1:09 bud, I'll just say props to you & leave it at that. Sound good? 🤙
I have the vent shoes. Is is ventilated and stiff like a rock. But not the sidi stiff full of control kind of shoes. Moreover, the frontal design is so loose that don’t feel secure and the front of the foot keeps on flexing/slipping. Pain after 20 minutes in the forefoot
I am using Polar M460, it is possible to pair a turbo Creo with the Polar?
Is there an effective way to clean the dirt and water that will eventually find its way inside the saddle?
Bicycle boutique store
What tire size is the terra C/CL/CLX rim optimized for(roughly)? Seems like 35 or 38 is in the middle of the spectrum of acceptable tire sizes but I’m curious what you have to say on this.
I'd say 38-42 would be better. You'd have a much better/comfortable ride.
I bought the new epic 2021 13 months ago, after two months oozing oil from the brain tube, 2 weeks without a bike while on vacation ... after another 10 months same problem in the top of the tube ... a real shit
also im a lake owner they make great shoes for wider feet NOT that my feet are wide but ther NOT narrow how is the ARES in that department?
Oui plus de contenu en français !
Specialized the best!!!
Such a great concept, then you went & made it unattainable for pretty much most of the people who could've used it. Such a waste of resources. Shame on you specialized
Do you have a gravel specific shoe in the works??
Can I use the wireless TCD on a 2021 turbo como 4.0
2FO Roost is the one for me. Does it come in black? I like the Rime Flat, but I'm not too sure about that stiff sole shank 🙄
My computer didn’t turn on ‘ any ideas ?
thank you for the review, what is the reason that they didn't introduced size 42.5 or 43.5 or 44.5 in red and white/black colour? I bought black in size 42.5 and they are amazing, I want the white/black team edition in size 42.5 any lead?
Thanks Andrew Nolastname!
Live valve.
Great explanation! thanks Andrew!
Just put a new battery in, and it keeps flashing 12 or 24 for the hours, when I press each button at the same time, nothing happens. Help? This is only my 2nd season with this and it was stored inside during the winter.
I have a 2019 Epic Sworks and when the rear is set to firm, it sometimes bottoms out-I can feel the metal to metal. This happens on small bumps. It doesn't happen as much when going downhill. I've had my mechanic put more and more air-all the way to 210 and I am 175 lbs. I have been told (By two bike shops) that this is a common issue and that I just need to live with it. Not very happy after spending over $10k for this bike and having it in the shop 3 times in 2 weeks.
Hello Ray, Thanks for reaching out about your Epic. How long has it been since you last had your shock serviced? With the issues you are describing, it sounds like you may have damper issues. I would recommend getting your shock sent into us for an overhaul to see if we can get you up and running again.
Mines brand new and does the same thing!
That’s BS S-Works
@@SpecializedCanadaI’ve got the same issue, that’s why I’m watching this video 🫤
I just want a spd road shoe. These look like hiking shoes. Let me know when you make a spd shoe that looks like a road shoe.
You should look at the Shimano RX8
