Hello love the ridstar!! Is the Ebox v2 2.0 street legal for under 16 year olds without a license??
i was thinking about buying a ridstar q20 but the reviews say that are unreliable would you say its worth buying? also whats the max speed and is it easy to assemble?
Took me about 2 hours to assemble. Goes 31 (i am 110 pounds) and I had it over a month and nothing really has happened. i’d say it’s reliable for terrain and the throttle and brakes are good. what i don’t recommend is pedalling with this bike because the acceleration is crazy. just use the throttle and remember dont slam on ur brakes

Question Well this ebikes battery last 2 hours using only throttle or how long
It doesnt usually get measured by hours that’s inefficient. people measure it by mile range. it can go about 30-40 miles depending on how fast you go. depending on which model you get, the 1000, the 1500, and the 2000w. i recommend you get the 1500w or the 2000w because that extra $100 gets you a lot further than the 1000w. im gonna assume you are getting the 1000w one so you will probably be able to ride an hour and a half if you ride a consistent 20 miles per hour. charging time is 5 hours. reply to my comment if u have more questions

I’ve been riding a legal 20 mph 500 watt ebike, parents are almost letting me get this bike, BIG step up from my bike
It’s genuinely so fun. Also I assume you live in calfornia where the max is 20 mph aswell. Cali cops are slightly harsher so just slow down near them and if u dont wear a helmet just ride away from them

Can you fry the battery from charging for longer than your supposed to? Because that's the main thing keeping me from buying one, bought stuff from amazon where I over charged it and the battery stopped working.
@@dillonedgerton7916 maybe if you charged it for days. But the charger has a stopping block on it so when the bike is full battery the charger turns off
My friend has a ridstar and im pretty sure they stop charging automatically at 100%

@@dillonedgerton7916 yes sorry I responded to this message but I don’t think it ever sent. The charger has a blocker that stops the bike from charging once it hits max percentage.

@@RidersRevolution no they not Amyet is 770 and it’s 1000w (1500w peak) 32mph 25-30miles range full speed throttle,and battery 20ah just like the ridstar 1500w version

which Wattage do you have? and do you think upgrading to the 2000W (with the 2 batteries) or 1500W from the 1000 would be worth it? I know the 2000W Q20 pro is more than double the price so I am just questioning on which to purchase.
@@internetoutlet6618 I have the 1000w which is great and the second cheapest. Getting a higher wattage could probably get you a couple miles and hour faster but less torque
