Hello. I have the same stroller. While shutting down the stroller, one of the white shutdown buttons snapped from its cable. Frame does not shutdown. Can you please help me how can I get the spare part for the stroller?

Never buy that stroller the worst ever, not safe for the baby, every day something different breaks. You try to contact customer services they ignore you and don’t care about your baby safety, terrible and frustrating. Please don’t make the same mistake we make in buying this piece of shit, excuse my vocabulary. This company should be out of business, for selling defective an unsafe products for children. 👎

I purchased this stroller off amazon and the front wheels do not turn it’s impossible to maneuver the stroller. Is this how they all are or is there a defect with mine.
