Thanks for the video. What water bottle do you use? Is it good for preventing scale buildup?
Any 5 gallon water cooler style jug. Do a water hardness test on the water you get. Ideal water hardness is 100 grains per gallon (give or take 25) for espresso machines.
@@kevinclark4388 Thanks.
@@kevinclark4388 My bottled water dispenser doesn’t work everything is ok but the water won’t come out can you help me with that please!
@@Mo9499Mo Sometimes it can take a little bit for it to start to pull water. Try and let it run for a little bit with the water source higher than the pump for a bit. You might need to prime the pump. You can try and fill the incoming line with water, plug the line in the pump, turn the pump on, and then blow into the line while it’s running. Once you get water into the pump you can submerge it in the water bottle.
Thank you for putting out this video. It’s to the point, concise and explains clearly what is required to set things up. Thank you!
Do you have the link or what to search for exactly what you’re reviewing. Thanks I also need a 3/8th tube out
Currently mapping out a setup for my Pro700. I have the Flojet…I just have to acquire fittings and debating whether or not to add accumulator tank. Can you share your experience?
Accumulator tanks have a bladder in them that is typically at 20psi to send water to the equipment. This might have a negative impact on the pump. The Pro700 is a pretty small machine. I think that using a 5 gallon water fountain bottle would be plenty for your needs.
Hi Kevin. I plan on doing exactly this and wanted to to do a review on a synchronika. Thank you for the info and I’ll be sure to name drop you as long as you’re cool with that. Hope you’re well.
Sounds great!! Thanks!!
