A little how to use settings instructions would be helpful

Does the double- sanitation prior to first use require that the top basket be run on its own cycle, or cant the top basket be placed above the main compartment and 2 cycles run? I mean, if the top shelf is only properly sanitized if it is directly above the water basin, then how are the items placed initially sanitized when the full unit us set up?? Pardon me if I've misunderstood, and thanks, in advance, for your clarification 🙏🏽

So you have to wash the bottles first? Not just rinse them out and put them in? Whats the point of the sterilzer if you have to wash them first?

That looks like way more water than the instructions said to pour in. Does the water need to totally surround the bottle? I poured in 40ml like the insurrections said and it seemed like it just boiled from under. Still warmed the bottle though.

I just received the papablic sterilizer and I’m confused about sterilizing the parts before use. It says to sterilize the appliance twice, does this mean I need to sterilize just the small basket first and then sterilize again with just the large basket? Or do I sterile both together and do it twice?
