I dont know why RUclips recommended your video to me but I am definitely grateful for it. Everyday I practice gratitude for all the opportunities that life has given me, rather than being ungrateful for what I don't have. Very nice video; I hope you keep posting and find more success.

I got the advice to every day write down three positive things that happened that day. It can be anything at all. I watched some episodes of Friends today which was fun. That’s one positive. Then I also went for a walk in the great weather, in fact I walked downtown and picked up a package which was nice to get done. So that’s today’s three positive things 😊

I don’t have any children which is something that can make me sad. I especially wish I had a daughter. Whenever I’m in a shop for example and the person behind the counter is a young female where I age-wise could be her dad, I can’t help thinking about it. Particularly if it’s someone who’s good at her job, you know, smiling and making me as a customer feel welcome. Then I often think to myself that if this person was my daughter, I would be so proud of her 😊 That’s actually the feeling I get when I see your videos too. You are such a thoughtful young woman, the way you’re reflecting on your life, trying to find your way like everybody has to when they’re at your age. I would be proud of you because of that but also because of how you’re choosing to be optimistic, focusing on what’s good and positive in your life. My Mom died last month at age 80, she was incredible at making the most of life, no matter the ups and downs she had to go through. It is so important to stay positive, to keep thinking everything will be fine 😊 She has been an inspiration for me to try and be more like that myself. Anyway, thanks for posting about your thoughts! As you can see it sets off a lot of thoughts for me 😊

Hi there, I'm glad I'm not young today (I'm 52). The pressure from social media etc. It's hard enough being young and having to find your way without being bombarded with other people's seemingly perfect lives on Instagram and so on. You seem like a nice young lady capable of reflecting on yourself and life in general. I think you will be fine. Try to separate between what you want vs. what other people want you to do (parents, friends) because that is not necessarily the same thing. And finally: Make sure to enjoy being young! Time passes so quickly 😊
