I just bought one and your review convinced me. I really like the ability to paint the foot versus spot welding with a single or double jet.

I love Xikar but hate the reliability. I have had no less than 5 and honestly 1 or 2 are always in the shop. It is like a bad Jaguar or Land Rover joke - buy 2 because 1 will always be broke down. To top it off, they went from a warranty repair/replacement turnaround of about a month to 3 months and counting. It is hard to see that the sale of Xikar has helped their reputation with the buying public. Anyway I am going to Lotus or Vertigo to see if those Lifetime Warranties are necessary or quicker.
