Word 'legend' is used far too easily these days, but when it comes to Matty Elliott, he's even more than that. Defensively strong, a threat to an opponent's goal and loyalty - these are merits that describes perfectly what he means to Leicester. Elliott scored many vital goals for City, including two decision headers in League cup final 2000 against Tranmere Rovers. Like, comment and subscribe ...

In his first season at Ewood Park, he developed a strong partnership with Alan Shearer (who scored 34 times that season) and scored 15 Premier League goals to help secure the club's first league title since 1914. Although the partnership only re...
LEE DIXON - Arsenal legend
Просмотров 29 тыс.7 лет назад
A little tribute video to the former Arsenal's player and probably the greatest right back in clubs history. Lee Dixon's tenure in north London lasted a hugely impressive 15 years, encapsulating 619 appearances - leaving him fourth in the all-time list - until his retirement in 2002. He scored some funny own goals included into video, but that's nothing compared to his amazing goals and crosses...

GHOST ATLAS !!!
I’m only here because my mate just told me he was just speaking to Ian Harte in Sainsbury’s
Diffently
He had a unique run/walk...He could easily be recognized on the field.
Pure and simple a Legend 👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
He actually scored some pretty good goals both with head and left foot 🦶🦶🦶 💙 🦊
Man....this guy use his hand alot.... Stretching his arms a lot...
I remember him from the hat trick he scored against my Coventry during the 93/94 season - he was a nightmare to play against, as a defender. He was strong, had surprisingly quick feet, and could finish so well. 219 league goals in 497 league games in his career. 🇳🇴
I hope Ireland could comeback to be a good nation team, they used to have incredible players , Given, Harte, Roy and Robbie Keane, Duff, nowadays I only remember Kelleher
Local lad done good
What a fantastic striker of a ball he was could of played at a lot higher level
Just the King.

Great memories. I was well pleased to see and speak with him yesterday.
Bad fate😔
Not a Villa fan but alongside Wilfred van Moer he was my favourite player growing up.
Now I know why Arsene Wenger compared Giroud with Alan Smith Brilliant striker.
Great striker Jan Aage was. Always a trick up his sleeve
He reminds me of Pedri
Ballack bro!
Saw him quite a few times. What a fantastic player hd was.
Was he as good as Davie cooper I don’t think so
Top top player
Красавчик Харт!!!👍💯
There wasn't much to his game really. He had that all important burst of speed and he did the simple things well. He's a class below someone like Arjen Robben.

"SPORTS RELIGION RELIGIOUS SPORTS "BY PROF WALTER VEITH AND MARTIN SMITH POWERFUL WATCH UNMISSABLE TRUTH 🎥 ❤❤
Being inducted into the hall of fame was the least Robbo deserved. I was only young about 7 watching the team back then and thought he was awesome my favourite player until Stuart Pearce came on the scene anyway. But Robbo was one of those players who had an incline of where every teamate was on the pitch. Could find a teamate with a cross everytime. An amazing skill. Would be worth tens of millions now 🔴🌳
Absolute legend
Full of himself and picked his victims with nasty, cowardly tactics!! Gets glorified by others ( and himself! ) as a hard man, but whenever he came up against an opponent he couldn’t intimidate, either ended up on his arse or ran for his life! Doug Rougvie laid him flat out without hesitation!
Who is the band that did the song?
Wonderful player at his best but a career ruined by injuries
And that is why he was, is and always will be Sir Les. Top London team in the inaugural Premier League? Not the Gooners, not Spuds, not the Scum from SW6 but the one and only Queens Park Rangers.
Was a proper number 9

The Blades 1997/98 promotion to the Premiership goal scoring hero that never was.
My first game at Watford FC was 1960 a long time ago so over the years we have had some great players but none come close to LUTHER over his career he gave everything and more for Watford FC he should be known as MR WATFORD
John Fashanu is also good. he plays like his Brother, but I see a good player
Oh what days!!
One of the best in an era of scorers who were just damn good at finding a way to put the ball away - Linekar for England, Ian Rush for Wales, McCoist for Scotland. Two decent feet, enough pace to get where they needed, natural reading of the game, hunger to get to the ball first and an uncanny ability to stick the ball away from the keepers' hands and within the sticks.
That right foot though
One of the most underrated English players of all time. What if his shot against Germany went in and not against the post. My favorite play was him running back over the full length of the pitch to stop Argentina from scoring after Sol Campbell England goal was disallowed.
I got him in efootball🎉
I got him yesterday as a free spin😊
This is 👍
Legend - one of the greatest passer of the ball 💯🔥
Coventry fans sang songs about him breaking his neck. Nasty little club and he's better known for his days at Villa and Norwich.
One of the most underrated English players and one of my favorite Spurs player of all time. I will always wonder, what if his shot against Germany in 1996 Euro went in instead of hitting the post. 1998 against Argentina Anderton covered more 90% of the soccer pitch to race back and slide tackle that surely saved a goal scoring opportunity for Argentina. Just a classy guy that put in the work, gave 110%, wore Spurs and England with pride and was a total professional.
Great bloke! He lived opposite us in The Spires, Boley Park Lichfield. He lived at no 10 which Barratt Homes bought for him for his 21st Birthday! He'd occasionally have a kick about with us on the green which we all shared outside our houses when I was a kid! His mrs had a right temper on her though . . . I'll say no more! 😮
