Hi! In this video I show you how to bake gingerbreads.
Ingredients:
• 80g of water
• 100g of white sugar
• 100g of brown sugar
• 100g of honey
• 140g of butter
• 1 table spoon of ground cinnamon
• 1 table spoon of ground ginger
• 1 table spoon of ground cloves
• 1½ tea spoon of baking soda
• 500g of wheat flour
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Pour water into the mixing bowl, add white sugar, brown sugar, honey and butter. Heat for 10 minutes at 80°C on 1 speed.
3. Set the mixing bowl aside until the mixture cools down.
4. Add spices, baking soda and flour. Knead for 3 minutes.
5. Transfer to another bowl, sprinkle the top with flour and leave in the fridge overnight....
