Happy for you guys! I feel for you, sis. I see a lot of homes I like. However, once I find out they have a septic tank, I run quickly! Septic tanks, you have to fix or replace them every 15 to 20 years. It's a given. The same thing with #WellWater. Can't do it. I'll pay the extra 💰 for the monthly bill. 😅
