Yeah, the framerate is worse because the footage needed to be slowed down. Debug camera does not allow you to go as slow as you like.

i wont lie to you scott was also to blame for not telling steel wool the full story, but ye the community shouldnt of complained and pressured steel wool into rushing the game, if not rushed and handled better, the game could of been one of the best fnaf games (i still love security breach.. no worries)

There’s no confirmation that “pressure from the community” was ever a reason for this, and it’s a stupid thing to put the blame on anyway. It is Steel Wool’s job as developers to develop their game for however long it takes them to, regardless of what fans are saying. Obviously, people shouldn’t harass or rush the devs, but it is still ultimately the responsibility of those devs to finish their game, and if they release the game early because fans are impatient then that is their decision. But hey, I’m at least glad that you’re not claiming the whole “Sony rushed them all along!” idea which has literally never been confirmed or even implied and is just something people made up.
