It is palenta and I eat it with yogurt like my ancestors did. I cook it about 40 min. Good food for you sweet Robert and for the whole family. I now make like salty cake with palenta and cheese, bake it and eat it with yogurt. You can keep it in freezer and heat whenever you want to eat.

He looked like, “But, I asked for banana”, when he was eating your dish. It looked delicious, like polenta, or just corn bread which is very popular in the southern part of the United States. Dipped in sour cream and feta, well ok, if you say so. 🤷🏼‍♀️
