Hydraulic cylinder re-seal New Holland skid loader
Great engine worth fixing
Thank you The Empire of dirt, you have helped me out.
I just got a HUGE, 250lb compressor out of a unit that cooled a BANK. Cast iron shell... i think from the 80's? It weighs as much as a small 4 cyl engine block. All I could do to hand truck it up a ramp into my truck with cinch motorcycle straps.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
what was the stuff you used to coat it with
👍🌟👍
The finished product looks great!
Always helpful to have the right tools, finish product looks great!
Finally found someone that does it the smart way. Love your system!
Upgrading the wire or gonna strip it? Maybe #2 ends or steel?
Just upgrading, it seemed a little too short to be worth stripping
Nice video. If you don’t mind, a couple of curiosity questions: 1) what size drill bit you’re using? and 2) what the white cap under the grating and over the drill bit is to deflect the oil?
I either use a 5/16 or 3/8 drillbit. It seems to be a nice compromise between drain speed and drill speed. The white cap is to minimize the amount of metal chips that go down between the drillbit and the chuck. I actually put a piece of heat shrink on the drillbit also to give a better seal it doesn’t prevent it 100% but it certainly cuts down on it. Also cut down on the amount of oil as well.
Why were a bunch of your old videos deleted?
You make this a whole day to change a tire. Also sand blasting is the best way to clean rust. If I was there, I would help you .
You have the tools wright there. What are you thinking? Well interesting to watch you figure it out. You are not too smart.
You should of put the split rim on the bottom of the tire, then broke the top rim. You are making a lot of work for no reason. Maybe you will get it after a while.
Future reference poor gas around where it's seated and burn it it softens the rubber and makes it much easier to come off
I will watch anything you and your brother get into. Keep the camera rolling my man
Film as much as you can...it is always good to see creative reuse of items - especially when it is a cost savings opportunity!
nice to see you again why are the other videos deleted? It was very cool to see you fiting with the elektroniks of the loader to rescue it
"promo sm" 💐
you need a foot operated lever for the drill. and possibly try to get the motor squared up, might eat the belt at that angle
buen sistema amigo
Bought one after Empire recommended it earlier this year. Killed 3 sets of blades this summer processing 2,000 lbs of hvac tubing. Faster, less strain on the body, definitely worth the cost.
ToolswithAlz has no idea what he's talking about. Dude just calls anyone who likes Makita a woman or homosexual, has brand apologism, and regularly posts comparison videos of entry level vs pro level tools while pretending they're competing products. Can't trust a word he says.
Dont let him see this. He will cry so bad.
Man imagine paying $500 for a tool intended to do a job, guy comes out of left field with a $200 dewalt gardening tool to put it to shame
Anyone else see that its a stolen video?
It's not stolen, it's like an answer to that guy's video because that video is trash
That's crap. I bought one to prune the Italian cypress along the side of my house, and the gears broke 15 minutes into it.
"back in my day we had to use saftey scissors to cut copper"😂
It’s brushed to make a cheaper option for people.
Atleast you can always replace the brushes. If you're brushless gose bad, its fucked
Brushed units are more durable in outdoors water doesn't hurt it as quickly
Not saying you're wrong cause I'm not fully sure, but a big advantage of brushless is there are no exposed electrical connections as long as the esc is coated, brushed motors by definition have exposed electrical contacts. Aside from materials that corrode of course
The other 4???
The last was a dewalt impact driver which is definitely a great tool, and I don't remember the other ones,
All that guys videos are just stupid and make absolutely no sense. Nice jib proving him wrong.
How come you guys had to get rid of your equiptment videos? Im guessing the yard owner diddnt want you guys filming there?
we call that one the finger loosener
the finger deleter 5000 :D
I have nightmares about this tool...
Man I did hvac work for about 9 years and we would scrap units in the winter when it got slow and I would of paid big bucks for that game changer right there
Actually it’s good seeing someone actually try to repair something instead of just replacing things
So dry.
That’s how you burn a drill up the fastest
Does it work good I’m looking at building one like that
Yes, it works really well I have a small skid steer so I don’t have a lot of hydraulic flow and I got this for free. I wish I had made an attachment so I can put it on the excavator though.
Good job. Congratulations
Good repair. Thanks.
Actually it’s good seeing someone actually try to repair something instead of just replacing things and going……look at me, look how good I am. Way to go and it should work good
That was awesome😊
How have you connected the ram to the steel on your puller
Smooth
This was fantastic. You have it down to an art.
Excellent set up. Never understood why we didn't do more metal processing domestically. I am surprised that you don't take the copper/brass off the steel. Adds up. Anyway, best non-mechanized method I've seen for the windings. Now all you need is a CNC plasma cutter.
Abraços do Brasil. Ótimo vídeo.
