Carvana has to to a better job at providing better service to their customers.

Freelancers have to be very careful on UpWork because they do not verify everyone's identity that posts jobs. Not verifying everyone's identity makes it easy for scammers to get away with crime.

@@barmeshajohnson2268, Sam's Club did not ask for a personal guarantee. I also made sure I froze my personal credit report to ensure they did not pull my personal credit.

@@barmeshajohnson2268 no they did not. I believe they mention it on the in store application but you can skip it. When I was on the phone with multiple reps to confirm info, they did ask my social to “prove my identity” but never checked my personal credit and I did not get a hard pull from any bureau. The credit card does come up now when i log into my Sam’s club membership online/on the app. This confirms it. Should be at the house any day now. Stoked!

B B, during the soft pull for the prequalification, you will not be provided with a credit limit - you will only be provided with information with regards to being approved or not being approved. Your credit limit will not be provided until you move forward with the pre-approval if you have been approved and complete the application.

Hi Charles, we always obtain financing via our bank. You choose the car you want with Carvana based on your approved funding amount with either your own bank or Carvana's financing. Our Bank has cheaper interest rates so that's why we always prefer to use our bank.

@@imgtsol basically Carvana it’s best to have your own rate even with good credit score? I’m taking it that they non negotiable on car price and rates lol looks like the process is better than going to a dealer saves you the hassle of the car being sold or them tacking extra $$ on top of the price with dealer fees guess it’s the gift and the curse huh

​@@CeeCashback149 we didn't apply for credit with Carvana as our bank provided us with a better rate. The service with Carvana was not great as referenced in the video. We attempted to purchase vehicles from them twice - Dec 2021 and Apr 2022 and they were unable to deliver quality services so we had to go to the car dealer.

We never sold a car to Carvana, therefore we won't be able to share that experience.
