This is so refreshing and calming at the same time. I've loved the sound of the kemenche, or the khamanche as it was introduced to me in my childhood. My grandfather used to play the esraj and rebab and someone from Iran had gifted him one of those back in the 60s. Sadly I never learnt to play any instrument, and my love for music lives on through beautiful channels and videos such as yours.

The more carefully I listen to it, the more I'm suspecting AI was involved, because it sounds an awful lot like music I've generated with AI before and has some of the same artefacts (random phase shifts and abnormalities. Would be great to see how this is made, if that isn't the case, or know if it is. RUclips is drowning in AI content lately, so I wish people were more upfront with these things.

You can unfortunately, it is completely possible to buy the licensing for an AI bot, it may be dishonest but it doesn't take away from real musicians in any way. Anyone who is passionate about music can take inspiration from it and write something themselves that is equally cool. It's a sad reality of today but 🤷🏻♂️ it's no different than programming drums or keys in a MIDI program for a backing track for a song.
