How much tax payer money was spent on this third rate production that gives no information that is useful?

The gentlemen on the right has been following me for days. He holds his phone up toward me and flicks his finger across the screen (which I presume is him flinging virtual "Pokeballs" at me in an attempt to capture me). It's easy to ignore outdoors but much harder to tune out when I'm using the bathroom or trying to sleep. I'd like to say I want him to stop but, the kicker is, I think I'd miss having him around... Keep up the good work, trainer!
