Hello Sir, 700 + 800 = 1500 sqft ka aapka kam hoga. Agar aap khud karke le rahe ho toh 1500 *1450 = Rs 2175000 tak kharcha aayega aur agar achhe thekedar ko with material de rahe ho toh 1500 * 1600 = Rs.2400000 ke aas pas kharcha aayega. Aapke area me thekedar ka rate bho cross verify karke lijiye sir

sabse pehle sir sari deewar saf karke lijiye uske baad urp ka 1:1(cement aur urp) ratio milakar brush se cement coat pure deewar ko dijiye. jisse ki aage jake silan ki dikkat nahi aayegi. Uske baad white cement lagaye nahi toh waterproof putty ka istemal kijiye. aur woh lagate time bhi usme urp ka istemal jaroor kijiye

Haan kar sakte h sir, Dr fixit ka Lw+ 101 use kijiye jiska proportion 1 bag ke liye 200ml rakhiye.

1. Clean the rusted rod with an iron brush 2. Jo Jo jagah silan ke wajah se kharab huyi h woh achhe se patre se saf karke lijiye. 3. Red oxide ka ek coat rod ko dijiye nahi toh anti rust konsa bhi coat dijiye. 3. Cement aur URP ka 1:1 ratio lekar brush se sare ceiling par coat kijiye aur ceiling plaster kijiye. Plaster me bhi 1 bag cement me 300 ml urp use kijiye. 6-7 din achhe se curing hone ke baad aap ke jaroorat ke hisab se putty nahi toh gypsum use kijiye.

@@gopalakrishnangopal5983 1. Clean area which has been damaged due to dampness thoroughly with an iron sheet (which is used for putty application) 2. Apply one coat of red oxide or one coat of anti rust on steel rod 3. Apply a coat of cement and urp as 1:1 ratio using brush and then plaster it. Plaster ratio -: 1 bag cement : 300 ml urp 4. After 6-7 days of proper curing, use putty or gypsum as per your requirement
