Fourth Wing was my whole personality for like a month 😂 all I wanted was a dragon. I also had issues with the pacing but I appreciate Violet didn’t become this super strong heroine overnight.

I read The Assassin’s Blade after Crown of Midnight and the shock value was amazing! But I also heard reading it first helps you understand the MC better I would agree too. But definitely read before Queen of Shadows. The shelves came out great!
