Hello and welcome to my channel. I created this channel to take you with me as I dive into the nostalgia of playing Virtua Striker in the mall on the weekends 😌
I picked up this specific version (99) because that was the one that I used to play when I was a kid.

I think when the Korean player kicked the ball and it hit someone, it messed up the keeper's algorithm. The way that he turned his back is similar to how keepers watch the ball as it goes out 🤔

Sega has a wide variety of UIs, and I still don't know which one is best suited for the 1999 version of Virtua Striker 2, but I'm going to try to play with my current environment and see what happens if I try to shoot after trapping everything against a centering from now on.
I didn’t have enough luck with MAME. So I used SuperModel emulator.
ダイレクトシュートを想定したクロスボールに対しユーゴの選手はダイビングヘッドでのパスカットを、ベルギーの選手がボールに触る前から発動しています。本来はおそらくクリア成功確定です。しかし実際はベルギーの選手の肩のあたりに当たるという予想外のことが起きたのでキャンセルになった。それでも処理上はパスカット成功して今はユーゴのボールという認知が働いたため、ＧＫは味方ボールの時の挙動を続けたのではないか？
