Would it affect the image resolution if you filmed with the anamorphic lens on? This setup intrigues me.

I just got 2 more 1.31 FF boards after APM KK2 etc it has great camera ability and reliable with baro mod.

I dont think those are still on sale, this is over a year old and in multicopters that a long time. Since that we have used 6 different gimbals! Any modern brushless gopro gimbal is actually cheaper, better and much lighter.

This was a mix of a carboncores 360 pan attached to a german gimbal and all modified by us.

Where can I buy one of those?

That was done on purpose...it was a test! Check my other commercial videos carefully...a guy says in one of them he has found some kind of UFO, but no camera men walking, or flying :-)

If you look really carefully at 1:31 you can just see one of the camera men coming into shot... Tch...

Very impressive! What kind of equipment did you use to shoot this video? I'm assuming it was a muticopter with gyro stabilized gimbal. Very beautiful.

Pitch and roll servos are controlled with pwm outputs 1 and 2. Pan servo has to be connected on 6. It is possible to control all axis manually. Pitch and Roll are controlled by inputs 1-2 and pan is controlled on 6. Be careful as it is necessary to deactivate all switches on channel 6 to be able to control manually the pan.

Landing gears with skids do not work for us as many times we are forced to land on complicated terrains. This "tripod" landing gear has proven to be extremely stable in all sort of situations thus adding even more rigidity with the three booms linked to the upper and lower plates. With this modification your "old" pano is probably still the best looking pano mount on the market.

More than a year flying and reading all time about multirotors but it's the first time I come across this ConnOcto camera gimbal! Looks nice! Where do I find it? Google had no results.

Uso estabilización en postproduccion en los trabajos que lo exigen pero no ha sido el caso de este, simplemente no habia tiempo para ello ya que el video se tenía que ir directo a los noticiarios. Es por ello que no es perfecto al 100% y se notan un poco mas las vibraciones que en otros de nuestros videos.

It's been a while.I just found your comment in my list. I have done a few videos with the 5N now that are in my upload list. Still suffering a bit because of my gimbal but once that is sorted I think the results will be great.

Thanks, I use a rabbit flight controller for flight and a custom FF for the gimbal control. Gimbal is a prototype which we´ll be producing soon and landing gear is made from 4 x standard carboncore landing gears as the one you got with your hexa united with a 12mm carbon tube.

That is a sublime piece of machinery that you put together! i'm just getting started with a carboncore hexacopter.. I really like to know some of the hardware that u use like the flightcomputer (dji?) the gimbal and especially the landing gear..

Yes FF, with Multiwii code. Rabbit did not work with my actual servos (it does work well on my hexa with carboncores miniradius). I will try rabbit again as soon as I receive my order with some new savox digital servos.

Hi! I am really surprised to know that FF can be a good gimbal stab board. Have you tried to use Rabbit as gimbal only controller?

how did you get on with 6v?

Frame and 360 pan upgrade was made by caboncore but the gumbal is not carbon´s core. On my hexa equipped with the miniradius I am modifying it (tilt pot position) so I can fit my panasonic GF2 (probably a nex 5n will fit also). I will post the results as soon as the mode is ready. For bigger cameras carboncore sells the big and beautyfull megaradius.

Hi...great vid...did you purchase the mount + gimbal from carboncore? Could it be used with the 950 hexa?.... I have the hexa but worried i cant fit larger camera than gopro on mini radius......many thanks....russell.

If you want to reverse that motor you only need to flip any of the 3 wires going from the motor to your ESC, do never plug black to red or red to black (two leads going from battery to the esc)
