    Wow. Greg is a fkn warrior and sounds like a great guy. Amazing that he’s shared his story. I have a student I tutor maths, wonderfully bright girl who suffers from Chron’s and I’ve been telling her for a couple of years about some few reported cases of carnivore healing chron’s Glad I can share another story with her especially because she is still a kid and can potentially fix an issue before she goes on decades with it and perhaps needs a surgery on the bowels

    Carnivore diet 'cured' my ankylosing spondylitis. I was in terrible pain. At times I could hardly walk. I also had IBD, restless leg, eye swelling etc etc. All gone for almost 6 years now. Lots of energy and I sleep well too. So happy.

    Before carnivor I was eating about 4 times that much oats with honey for breakfast, as oats was one of the remaining things I could digest. No wonder I was so tired!thank God I realised the apparently digestable plants was making me diabetic, thank God for carnivor 🦁🌞🦁

    Ok I just got my calcium CT artery score results back. Mine is 449 and now I am freaking out. I stopped statins awhile ago and for the first time in a long time I have clearer mental clarity than ever before. Do I need to go back on them? Am I going to drop over tomorrow with this high score?? Do I need to see a cardiologist like, yesterday? I just recently lost 70 pounds over this past year and feel better than ever. I am not a smoker. My father passed at 32 from massive heart attack. I am fused up and down my spine and also have a spinal stimulator in my back so I am limited for exercise. Anxiety is now through the roof...help!!!

      Hi, my score was 639, 10 years ago. That is partly why I went low carb. I was pre-diabetic and had lower left quadrant pain. My consultant told me not to worry about the number as he had just seen someone with a score over 3,000. I can't tell you to stop or start any medication. Hope I can help the bad one and not have to have the second replacement. Been carnivore for 8 months. Planning to add bone broth. Ride my stationary bike. I pray for really good results. 🙏 Anything else I should be doing?

    What a great cast of knowledgeable people, thank you for this interview. These storys sound similar to my own. Carnivore worked for me to get rid of insulin resistance or pre-diabetes, arthritis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, insomnia, depression, anxiety so bad I couldn't even talk to people much less get online, mood debilitating Hashimoto's that used to make me want to kill myself, lifelong brain fog I didn't know I had, so many aches & pains I couldn't tell what was hurting me, gas, acid reflux, irritable bowel, ulcerative colitis, leaky gut, acne, restless legs, muscle cramps, cancer, & more! Growing up I was told I had a learning disability, attention deficit disorder, & would never amount to anything. It turns out it was a lie, like much of life, & they were starving me to death, just like they did my mother & brother, & all of these issues were called by nutrient deficiency & inappropriate diet. I didn't see it then, but it's all too clear now. Buying boats, campers, big houses, other extravagances, & saying we couldn't afford good food. Greedy broken-minded narcissists & industrial corporate Mass Hysteria or brainwashing & farming of the masses rearing its evil head. Our real atrocious histories have placed us in a position to be farmed like sheep right into an early grave, by convincing us we need all kinds of things that actually just make us sick. Most of us have toxic synthetic clothing, cleaners, scented everything, petroleum products, aerosols, makeup, perfume, deodorant, microplastics, etc, fake food & water that's full of chemical carcinogens! The hell of the Holocaust, Inquisitions & Crusades unleashed a plague of narcissism that spread through traumas creating people that lack good morals, like empathy, sympathy, compassion, remorse, & humility. This condition is known as narcissism in psychology, & is curable with psychedelics! This is the "Butterfly effect" or cause & effect of events that have led to primarily narcissists being in power, due to their egocentric ways that crave power & control over everyone & everything, & will do just about anything to get it! Now they're starving all of us to death. We can live to an average age of 70 in a demented state of torment on "standard diets," aka "starvation diets," or we can eat grass-fed regeneratively raised ruminant animals & live to be about 120 in a state of euphoria. The elite are sitting on their yachts eating porterhouse steaks, lobster, & caviar while they take advantage of everyone else by tricking them into eating plants, grains, & vegetables, starving us to death while making a fortune selling pharmaceuticals to pretend to help, but really helps them to pay for their multiple mansions & fancy vehicles. Buying these things puts money into their pocket so they can continue to poison all of us with plant anti-nutrients, defense chemicals, toxins, & lab synthesized fake supplements. We have slight variations to adaptations & tolerances to different foods based on the origin of our ancestors or individual genetics, but our base biology is the same. We are not capable of digesting as much as we have been led to believe & that's why pre/probiotics exist. We have short acidic digestive tracts that have walls with thin lining biologically adapted to dissolve meat, unlike ruminants such as gorillas, or lamb, goat, deer, elk, bison, & cattle with long four chambered thick walled stomachs biologically designed to withstand pressure from fermentation producing methane gas that expands the stomach, causing tears in our thin stomach lining called leaky gut or increased intestinal permeability, but ruminants use bacteria that can make us sick, to break down plant matter, with stomach's capable of filtering out plant defense chemicals, toxins, anti-nutrients & many environmental pollutants, unlike us. Ruminants are nutrient-dense for us to eat because they eat grass & weeds with long root systems capable of reaching deep within the soil & sucking up nutrients not available near the surface or in nutrient void or neglected soils most crops are grown in that are doused in estrogenic pesticides & carcinogenic glyphosate weed killers.

    I must just be different than most people. I can eat the same thing everyday without getting bored or developing an aversion and I'm not talking about eating steak everyday. You just can't think about it. You can't let the seed of boredom or aversion even take root. Put it out of your mind. If you have to, just eat mechanically and use music or a video to distract you if necessary.

    can you clear up something Ste? Isn't trigs an estimation to? Trigs is calculated to be something like 30% or 70% of VLDL? They don't count trips separately because all the fractions carry trigs and would be costly to do?

    • @CoachStephen
      @CoachStephen 3 дня назад

      Triglycerides are typically measured in a blood test, which is a direct measurement. Blood samples are usually taken after fasting, and the triglycerides are then measured in the serum using specific laboratory techniques, such as enzymatic assays. Key Points: - Direct Measurement: The laboratory uses methods that break down triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol, allowing for quantification. Fasting: It is generally recommended that you fast for 9-12 hours before the test to ensure accurate results, as food intake can temporarily elevate triglyceride levels. Calculation: While some lipid panels also report triglyceride levels alongside calculated values for LDL cholesterol (using the Friedwald equation), triglyceride itself is measured directly. If you have further questions about your health or blood tests, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional.
