Yes you can but its not efficient your power cost may be very high .so if the project is long term use then better to use refrigerant and compressor model it's cheaper and good efficiency

@@TECH-IN-ELECTRIC I am planing to use foam box which is used to store ice and it reduces temperature leaks. To me yaha automation bhi implement krne wala hu. 24hrs chalu nhi rahega. Temperature detect hota rahega time to time and agr temperature bdh gya to start hoga. To power consumption minimum ho jayega. What do you think about this plan. And thank so much for quick reply.

No its have waterproof coating so no extra wire soldaring possible . so fixed distance is possible .or also one solution is cut wire central and join wire can increase length
