Hi, Bondo also can but in terms of the price, I go for wall putty because my metal door frame was not rusted badly. I used the wall putty as a protection layer only before I painted it. I think this method only lasted for 2 years and I have to redo it again.

Hi, I did not calculate the time for every step due to that day I repair 2 toilet door and 1 common room door. I remember once dry then I continue the next step. It took me about 4-5 hours to repair 3 doors. After everything done, I still will use the toilet because the water won’t splash at the door frame and the metal paint dry very fast. Additional advise, put the silicone gel beside the door frame line.

@@yeohgary191 Hi, I’m using HAMMERITE 2 in 1 Primer Paint. U can get it from any shop sell paints or Shopee. I brought mine at Shopee during discount. It’s very straight forward, no code only got 2 type white which call smooth cream or smooth white. I brought the smooth white.
