2008. The housing market crashed. Ppl lost homes. It would be the same thing with HARRIS. Only difference is the housing market will go up 25,000. More than properties are worth. same thing

Thanks for breaking down the business structure of this business. I was curious the best way to protect yourself and you answered that. However I was a bit confused. Based off the slide are you saying have 1) Investor LLC, 2)Managing LLC, and 3) Holding LLC that whose name is on title? Meaning you would have 3 LLC’s.

Alright, shall we commune? In California, I am interested in starting a Social Purpose Corporation in order to solicit and secure funding for various initiatives comprised of property development in residential multifamily. I do not plan on doing the construction, that will be hired out to licensed contractors. I have recently secured a small lot that I want to apply for a major variance so as to build 3 quadplexes, subsidized housing. We also manage the property to keep it in top shape.
