It took me 3 years, but I finally made it to Lubbock for a game weekend to see my kid march. Fan performance, the march over, pregame, halftime, all the playing throughout the game, then the march back - thank you to each and every Goin' Band member for all you do each week to put on such wonderful shows. And, to you, Adaryll for recording these videos for us to enjoy from the perfect vantage point..

It's for the football entersnce. i honestly like it better tbh.
they've changed a whole lot of the whole band. they updated the WHOLE pregame.
@ifly7375 maybe it looks better in person. My 2 cents - if they flipped it and did an outline of the double T or even angle it and let them run through.
Thought for sure they'd play that wreck'em fanfare during pregame. When they're moving the double T would've been a good time to play it.

What an odd pregame show. Your fight song only once. And not a second time when the team comes out. So much time just standing around.
3 official school songs performed (Fight; Alma Mater; Horse music). No more standing around than any other Division I school band.

What is the call and response that the band and fans do at the start of the show? I hear it on TV all the time after plays and during timeouts, but can't understand the words.

Wanted to ask if you have had any issues with copyright claims with any songs on your videos?
Yes. If I record even SECONDS of pre-recorded music, I have had issues, which is why I separate pre-game into parts 1&2, to cut out the game day canned music. As for the music performed by the band, I don’t have issues, as I personally know all of the folks or their families (if deceased) who composed all of the music GB performs. 😊
@adarylljordan9084 so there is a HUGE scam going on with YT and copyrighted music. People are claiming original content as their own and slapping claims against the uploader. Grand marchioso is played by GB since 1926 and mine are falsely being claimed because they managed to get their way into YT content I'd system. I've disputed all and have been successful removing them thus far but I'm now on number 6 CW claim by different people for the same song. What a nightmare. Just a heads up is all
