    It's funny i used to make WAY more sales when I wasn't commissioned, i think naturally the attitude of saying "No based on you mentioned i would just skip over these." . I work for a legal and business formation services company as a sales rep so it's really difficult sometimes selling to people who sell for a living. I found that even downplaying the questionnaire and saying "it's going to try and sell you on a ton of different things, you wont need most of them" Then when you get to the expensive high commissioned package they're willing to drop that 600 - 1000 dollar on a registered agent.

    Not accurate. You are not counting the total OTE + 20% (insurance and stuff) of the BDRs costs. This important to include this, as the real number associated cost per lead.

    I really like your videos. From watching many Y Combinator videos, I understood that before focusing on growth, ensuring a good product market fit is crucial. Otherwise a company pulls prospects with low likelyhood of satisfying them. Guidance of where you see which growth hack and what technique in a very high level picture at the beginning of each video would be valuable. BTW: I found you through your LinkedinBot Masterclass (awesome). Would be really interesting to see what you recommend in 2021/2022: Octopus CRM, Phantombuster, Dux Soap or Jarvee? A brief comment would be highly appreciated.

      Hey There! Thanks for the encouraging words, appreciate the love. You're absolutely right that the product market fit has to be right but you can also use marketing to figure that out. I've often seen it recommended to build a landing age describing what you imagine now to be the perfect iteration of your product and service and see what the conversion rate is like. You then email people to let them know that it's still in Beta but it validates that you are on the right track. It's a careful balance between delaying a launch till this is fully known or launching anyway to discover how your offer needs to change via market validation. Definitely like your feedback regarding a beginning of video recap, I think that's a solid suggestion. As for the bot side of things, I would go with Octopus for 2022 given all the campaigns we have running this is looking like the best fleshed out option, especially regarding recent changes at LI.       @@BrainyMarketing Hi, thanks for the response! I'll give Octopus a try. Re: Product Market Fit: Landing pages are a good way to test conversion for sure. I think retention rate is at least equally important and often overlooked. After all, what is a good conversion rate worth if most users stop using the product after a couple days. Worst case: A business owner invested substantial amounts in conversion although his product was not ready to keep the users. Not a problem for a one time sale like ebooks, but a potential reason to fail for an platform business. Looking forward to your next vid!
