Yeah. The Flower Dome Gardens have seasonal "exhibits" There used to be tulips in the long past. So this will change too.

The Gardens by the Bay has 2 humps like a camel.... this is the lower hump which is called Flower Dome. The higher hump currently has the Avatar special event and called Cloud Forest! Thanks for the support Lina!

Singapore hotel rates fluctuates A LOT based on season and events. End of year such as now should be around USD 100 for basic room. This place is by far the better budget hotel and close to many attractions.

Yes they are free! There are some who actually layover for half a day and the airport has a free city tour!
