“Stages” is a piece inspired by the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance) and the journey individuals go through while they grieve. The piece is comprised of unison sections at the beginning and end, but will mainly feature each dancer in a brief solo representing each stage.
