Another good informative video lads
How do you go about paying a visit here ?
Alan’s email address is at the end of the video or just contact him via the web site
I really enjoyed your video. It has such a peaceful and relaxing vibe, beautifully connected to nature💚 You got my subscription!
Great video can't wait to get back next year
Brilliant Alan
another great video, one of my favourite hides of yours
❤❤Hi, how are you?, Your youtube video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. I can help you.❤❤😮
Hoping to visit sometime soon, looks a fabulous setup!
Enjoyed watching your videos. But the views on the video are not increasing. I analyzed your RUclips channel and saw that your channel's video seo is not good. So your channel is not growing. Doing SEO will increase views and subscribe
Thanks for the info
I was at the daytime Badger hide last week. It was a brilliant experience.
Glad you had a great time, quite and experience to see so many, so close.
I'm very reluctant to promote anybody's hide as normally I would set up my own perches and put work in to get the animals going to what perches I want them on and the backgrounds I would like in my photos . I have done lots of flash photography in the past and understand flash lighting and the challenges it creates, I have had the pleasure of visiting Alan's hides a number of times over the last few years and it's very clear Alan understands what photographers want, and also understands the photos people want to leave with, it's very clear he has put in a hell of a lot of work to get the hides to his high standard that professional photographers are happy with and can create unique photos, I applaud him and would highly recommend his hides for an unbelievable photography experience.
Yes I would totally agree with you
Can’t wait for my flash tour trip in October! I’ve visited Alan’s hides over the last 3 years, & they really are set up for excellent photography - it goes without saying that Alan knows his stuff!
Have fun!
Fantastic stuff Keith & Alan! I’m up there for one of Akan’s flash tours in October, if the daytime badger hide is still working I’d love a go at that. Keep on keeping on! Best, Nick
Nights will be drawing in by then, so I suspect the daytime will now be night time badgers, but even then you will have a great experience
Great stuff Alan, hope to see you soon..cheers Den
Thanks 👍
Lok furit tae seein mare o your vids guys.
I was there today. It is very overgrown to the east as you come past the Needle's Eye and looking at your video they've put a fence up.
Yes it can get overgrown during the summer, once you go under the stone arch I head west, seldom east
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 I really wanted to visit the cave that is (allegedly) there but five foot nettles put me off 😁
@@colinharris1858 wasn't aware of a cave, but if there is one it can't be very big, better ones at Douglas Hall just along the road
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 yes there's meant to be a cave and a small disused mine there too just around that corner. Mother nature didn't want me to investigate.
Kontralicht !!!!! REFLECTING DISPLAY ???
Thank you so much
My unit only records 4-5 seconds of video. I have the interval set at 30 sec. Help please?
You need to contact them direct, I gave up reviewing their products due to their poor communication with customers, so they no longer reply to my queries
How I can modify aperture?
Hey Keith. I was looking at this bag for my Sony a6000 + 50 mm + 30 mm (FE) + kit lens + Laowa 60 mm macro + macro extensions + Godox tt350 + Godox x1t and filter etc. I couldnt find a good video untill i saw yours. Thak you for making this video. I would like to see more of your videos. Keep posting.
Can be connected with solar panel instead of batteries, i see an input at the bottom
Hi, I have one and set it on video expecting it to record at least a few hours but it just recorded a 6 minute video which is unsuseful for me. Do you know why is that?
Sorry no, mine packed in recently and I don't get any response from K&F when I email my contact there. Apologies.
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 Thanks for trying.... I'll try and send them an email too
It's so beautiful. Beautiful nature. Thank you for sharing. With best wishes for tomorrow. Best regards, Knut.
Thank you, a great part of Scotland
Very beautiful.
Nice looking 🤙🏻🤝🏻🍻
I love Carstramon Woods, it's my spirit place :-) whenever I meditate I imagine I'm in Carstramon Woods! I'll be up there visiting in 3 weeks time but I think the bluebells might have finished by then :-( it'll still be gorgeous though. Thanks for the video :-)
Thank you, yes a great place to spend time
Hi! I have this camera and lately the light doesn't work. It does capture the movement but I only see the eyes of the animal and the rest is pitch black. I have not exposed it to excessive temperatures, hasn't recieved any hit that could damage the interior, the batteries have been changed multiple times and still, it doesn't illuminate properly, when it used to. Do you know what could have happened? Is it a configuration problem?
Sorry never had this issue, if it’s the IRS’ that have failed I suspect it will need to go back toK&F
i turned on the security code on the camera and typed in my code but now when i turn on the camera it says the code is wrong! how do I reset the security code? thank you
Sorry no idea, best to contact K&F direct, but good luck with that as they are not answering my emails
Can you shut off the infrared and set it to take pictures only at certain times
The infra-red is for filming in the dark so you don't want to turn it off. You can set the camera up to do timelapse, so to some degree that might help. Some models with also let the camera be set to only take pictures during the day or just at night, or both. Not something I use so can't answer fully
How long is the battery life for
How long is a piece of string? Depends on weather, how often the camera is triggered, what type of batteries you use. I use 2500 mah, which on average last about 3-7days, with a round 30 clips at 30secs long. In very cold weather a lot less, perhaps a couple of day, just depends how often its triggered
Hello. I have this camera and it keeps recording but not capturing the animal (rats and foxes in my garden). Do you think this is because the side sensors are being triggered when the animal isn't in front of the camera? Or does the camera have a delay so that it's making the video a few seconds after the animal has walked by? Thank you for your help :)
Camera triggers in less than a second with good batteries so not sure why you don't get anything. I have missed things when they are moving fast and it was set for stills, so now i always shoot video.
Yes. Can be a delay. Sometimes the animal is at the very edge of the movement sensor. The camera triggers but the animal get out without being recorded....
How do I view what the camera has captured?
It records to a micro SD card which you can insert on a computer or laptop. You can review in the trail camera itself but the screen is very small
Very good review!....thank U!
Stop making advertisment for fucking Amazon... It sucks !
Gives decent footage,do you like this camera?
It's ok for the money, there is better quality out there, but I just use them to assist me with my wildlife photography, so as long as it triggers and gives me time and date i'm happy. I had an expensive one nicked !
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 I have one from a well known supermarket and one expensive one for a couple of years now,the cheap one is broken now,but that was the one I left behind in the woods. The expensive one,I always stayed. In the area. That is why I asked, looking around for another "cheap" one
that sucks
why do you use slow shutter?, is the aperture too high above f5.6?. too dark?. how about using 1/160 shutter speed, it is not compatible using 300m? zoom lens
Great vid thank you. Would be interested to hear a similar review on the smaller 2515.
Thanks for your offer but I have used the 2515T so know how good it is, especially for the price
@@keithkirkphotographerfilmm7088 yeah looking to buy one from K&F website
@@DelvesPhotos Depending where you are I have found they come quicker via Amazon if they are holding any in stock
Excellent video. What mic are you using and what did you shoot the video on? Looks great!
I use Sennheiser radio mics EW, shot using a DJI Osmo
Thanks for the review - I've been interested in this one as a BIG/High tripod - and you really illustrated it well... Time to order. :-)
Thank you for this video .How do you get your monitor to turn red when the subject is on focus?
It’s called focus peaking and you turn it on via the camera menus. You can have it at different strengths of visibility
Does it fit tightly, will it damage the contacts on the Sony ?
Hi. Mine is a snug fit and I use it with two lenses, Sigma 105 macro and a Tokina 16-20 and have done so for a year now with no issues on a Sony A6000. Hope this helps
Will this work with the Nikon 10-24 dx?
It should do because everything is manual
Hi Papa
Hello Skye, time you were asleep
Really can't tell which model you are reviewing. Best put it in the text. I have a 12 Mp like yours but my set up window does not look the same so their must be different models that on the surface look the same. Mine I am finding no way to change any settings.
Hi Edward, sorry it so long to get back to you. Can you post a picture of yours because as far as I was aware this is the only Vision Lightouts 12mp model there was at the time. They have released others since I believe, such as WILDGAME INNOVATIONS CLOAK PRO 12 LIGHTSOUT WILDLIFE CAMERA. Where did you purchase it?
Okay. I did not not understand that Vision Lights Out was the brand. So a quick review of the Wildgame Innovations model Terra 12 Extreme I got. First off pass on this an buy something else, I will explain at the end. As mentioned this has no settings other than time / date and still or video. The still pictures are a bit blurry and video seems better quality. The problem is it's reliability for capturing pictures or video is way too poor. I am 1.8 meters tall and weight over 100 kilograms. Waling directly at it sometimes it would trigger at 10 meters and sometimes 3 meters and sometimes not until 1 meter. Crossing the camera was even poorer performance. Often no photo taken at 4 meters. These test were made in both daylight and full dark. So unless tested all reviews will be great because when checked days later there are some images. Without testing you get no indication of how many images the camera was not taking
I found my error and posted it on YpuTube so all can see. Thanks
Hi Papa
Watching youtube again Skye

Hi Kieth, I gave you a thumbs up & subscribed because of your sincerity and no bs delivery however if you’re looking eventually to attract advertisers I suggest you take more time to familiarize yourself with the features and benefits of this product. You told us about a few of the things it did but did not show us...that’s a major thing! FYI, I’ve ordered this unit on most of the F& B you only paid lip service too. I sincerely hope my feedback helps! Keep them coming. 😇
Aubrey J. Tennant thanks for your feedback. It was only meant to be a general overview and not an in depth review. Tripods can be a minefield and even really expensive one can fail. What specifically did you want to know that I skimmed over. I have had mine for sometime and may be able to expand on it. Lastly I’m not really looking for advertisers. Thanks Keith
